Kwang-sü, Kaiser von China, eigentlich Tsai-thien, geb. 2. Aug. 1872, folgte 1875 seinem Vetter Tung-tschi unter Vormundschaft seiner Tante, der Kaiserin-Witwe Tsu-hsi, übernahm 4. März 1889 selbst die Regierung, begünstigte die Reformpartei, mußte daher 1898 Tsu-hsi von neuem die Regentschaft überlassen. 1911.
